If we can punish anti-social behviour, why not reward Outstanding Social Behaviour? That’s the basis of the OSBAs, Manchester’s Peace Awards. Now in their third year, the OSBA Award Ceremony and Dinner will be on Saturday March 13 at the Ramada Hotel, Piccadilly, Manchester City Centre.
